I’m an academic philosopher working interdisciplinary at the intersections of philosophy of mind, social ontology, and social epistemology.

Currently, I’m interim professor for epistemology at the University of Bayreuth.

My main research interests are social norms and scripts, emotion, social interaction, and gender.

I finished my Ph.D. in philosophy at the Berlin School of Mind and Brain, Humboldt-Universit├Ąt zu Berlin, and Freie Universit├Ąt Berlin in 2019.

I currently work on:

  • scripts in social interaction and social cognition
  • emotional marginalization
  • social construction of emotions (together with Jesse Prinz)
  • digital social practices of LGBTIQ+ people and how social media affects LGBTIQ+ people
